After my previous mortgage broker retired, I contacted Dan. From start to finish, Dan was a great communicator. He was fast to answer questions and knows the mortgage industry inside and out. Dan navigated the lender’s requirements and synchronized with my real estate agent and escrow to keep everything moving. This made closing on the property easy. I would definitely use Dan again and would definitely recommend Dan to friends and family!

I recently worked with Dan as a first time homebuyer. I was overwhelmed and stressed with no sense of direction in the home-buying process. Dan was very patient, Professional and understanding of my needs while working alongside me and my real estate agent guiding me through the process, strategizing and explaining in-depth on what to expect. I set out a specific timeline for wanting to close escrow and Dan and his team made it happen. I never had an issue with being able to reach Dan and get my questions or concerns answered. I worked with Dan on the purchase of a rental property and he provided an excellent interest rate and seamless experience. He spent a lot of time reviewing different scenarios such as increasing down payment and rate adjustment options that would better suit my needs. He always answers the phone when you call and responds very quickly to email. Dan is also a wealth of information on outside economic factors that may affect fluctuations in interest rates. If you want transparency and a better understanding of your mortgage loan Dan works really hard and is willing to put in the time to make the loan information clear. We closed escrow well in advance as a result of his diligence, it pays to consult an experienced lender.

My experience with Paladin Services for a HELOC loan was spot on. Dan did an exceptional job from start to finish. He explained the process in detail & got me a great loan. You definitely will not see this with banks. Always prompt & professional with communication. Don't think twice about it.
