It's been a very long time since I've had a mortgage and Dan was critical in making it happen. He explained in detail what I needed to provide, he made signing things easy from a distance - either scan/sign/send and, for the final documents he had a local (to me) notary come for me to sign the loan documents. When I didn't understand something he very patiently explained what I needed to know.
